Mid 19th century French Rococo style clock decorated with vines surrounding the mechanism. The base is decorated with scrolls and scallops. Mechanism signed OUDIN, Palais Royal. Dial with Roman numerals and movement with a thread in good working condition.

From simple subscription watch, to the most elaborate winding watches, Charles Oudin participated in the workshop of his master Abraham Breguet in the development and production of his most spectacular inventions.
