Pair of venitian giltwood mirrors
A pair of 18th century venitian style mirrors, in gilt wood sculpted with shells and swirls.The rococo style follows the Italian baroque and use the patterns largely diffused as the shell, the movement, primacy of decor on the form, of the curved on the straight line. It is the omnipresence of rococo patterns which blend flora and fauna.
