Pair of "pot-pourris" vases in porcelainAn important pair of French rectangular pot-pourri vases and covers decorated with a green ground and painted in colored reserves on the fronts with the “Madonna della seggiolla” after Raphael ( 1483 – 1520 ) and “La vierge à la grappe” after Pierre Mignard ( 1612-1695) and in white reserves on the other sides with flowers garlands. The green ground, overlaid with gilded cartouches of trellis-work, scrolls, flowers and foliage patterns.
