An open book with geometric diagrams rests at his feet. Early edition cast by the SUSSE Frères foundry in Paris. Titled on the base: "SUR LE CHAMP DU LABEUR LA VICTOIRE EST FÉCONDE". Signed on the terrace: "E. PICAULT". Signature and foundry stamp of Susse Frères et Éditeurs. Late 19th century, Circa: 1890 Dim: W:41cm, D:37cm, H:79cm. In very good condition.
