Louis XVI style gilt bronze inkwell depicting Love seated, surrounded by timbales, two chopsticks in hand. The ormolu kettledrums, circular in shape, are decorated with drapery and stand on three feet. The whole is mounted on an oval base adorned with garlands and claw feet.

Condition report: some wear to the bronze and small impact to the lid of one of the inkwells.
