VASES MOUNTED AS LAMPS IN THE "FAMILLE ROSE" STYLE CHINA

Pair of large porcelain vases in the"famille rose" style, mounted in lamps. They are decorated with bouquets of flowers in shades of pink on a white background. Beautiful chased ormolu mounts richly decorated with rose branches and four arms of light. Two other roses in relief flank the body of the vase. Each lamp rests on a small square base with curved sides. Probably Samson in the Chinese style.

Dim: W:25cm, D:22cm, H:55cm.

 

Condition report: both lamps are in very good condition, with the exception of an enamel chip on one leaf. They have been electrified and are in working order.
