The Austrian Royal Dux porcelain factory was created in 1860 by Ed Eichler. It fabricated delicate and fanciful Art Nouveau decorative objects that were richly adorned with plants, female subjects, and motifs inspired by the Far East. Royal Dux was very popular in France during the first decades of the 20th century.
