Set composed of a mantel clock and a pair of candelabras in marble, gilded and sculpted bronze, decorated with ibexes and Cupids. The clock features a nude Bacchante, holding a cup of wine and resting on the top of the dial, which rests upon a litter. A Cupid is on each side of the clock and together they carry the litter on their shoulders while they are straddling ibexes. The set rests on a white marble base embellished with cornucopias and a central scene featuring putti and satyrs holding thyrses and playing musical instruments. Four toupie feet support the set. The clock is flanked by two candelabras with three branches each. A winged Cupid straddling an ibex holds the stem in his upraised hand. Foliage and seeds decorate the stem and branches of the candelabras, which rest on flattened-ball feet.
